The Need
Colorado lacks a centralized grant database, creating barriers for small, community-rooted nonprofits to access critical state funding.
CLCT developed this tool in direct response to what we’ve heard from our Coalition members: navigating Colorado’s decentralized grant systems is time-consuming and difficult, especially for organizations with limited capacity.
Without an accessible, coordinated way to view current funding opportunities, many nonprofits are left out of the state’s grant funding process.
CLCT’s Methodology
Due to the state’s decentralized grant administration system, we cannot guarantee that all currently available grants across all state agencies are in this database.
This database was compiled by manually reviewing each state agency website and grant opportunities our team was able to find online.
CLCT will update this grant database biweekly.
