Frontline Power Lab

Communities Lead Communities Thrive has launched the Frontline Power Lab – a training series designed to help community-rooted nonprofits build the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to navigate public systems, strengthen their organizations, and advance lasting change. 

Through practical workshops led by experienced practitioners and partners, the Frontline Power Lab creates space for nonprofit leaders and staff to learn together, ask questions, and gain tools they can put to use right away. Sessions are grounded in the realities community-based organizations face and focused on building the capacity needed to access resources, influence policy, and sustain their work over time.

These sessions are for and informed by CLCT Coalition Members.

Topics will include fundraising, strategic communications, policy advocacy, organizational governance, and state grant readiness. Each session is designed to support organizations serving communities that have too often been left out of decision-making and under-supported by traditional systems.

Trainings are tailored to the needs of community-rooted nonprofits serving historically marginalized populations and centered on practical strategies that help organizations grow their power and impact.
