Communities Lead Communities Thrive (CLCT) is a dynamic, statewide coalition of nonprofits addressing systemic challenges faced by BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities in Colorado through policy advocacy. Our coalition has advocated for legislative initiatives such as the 2022 Nonprofit Infrastructure (NPI) Grant Program and to reform Colorado’s reimbursement-based grant making system.
